Perfect knock-off!!
TJ Maxx also has a Cynthia Rowley version in various colors (I didn't see white, but I purchased the green and thought about the blue too!). I think it's around $15 as well.
Very cute. I'de wear this top with skinny jeans, a couple of bangles, and sandals.
