Style Me Saturday (on Sunday): Winter Wedding

Reader Ellie wrote in asking if I could give her some suggestions for a February black tie optional wedding that she will be attending. She wants a shorter, cocktail length dress and loves lace, frills, and sparkle - her style is very girlie. She needs something to cover her shoulders during the ceremony, so a wrap or shrug will be necessary. I sent Ellie a bunch of dresses and she chose the following two, which I styled for her further.
