This Bird by Juicy Couture striped puff sleeve top originally retailed for $228, is now marked down to $89.97. This top was worn by Padma on Top Chef in January.
This bodysuit reminded me of the Juicy Couture top the moment I saw it, and it's price of $27 is incredibly budget friendly. It has a few differences (being a bodysuit for one, the neckline, it's short sleeved) but if you're looking for an inspired by option, this may work for you.
