Forever 21's version varies some, but when I saw it, I immediately thought of the Juicy version above. This one has a satin, slightly off center tie instead of a velvet centered closure, but retails for a very affordable $34.80. It's also available in dark blue and you can click here to purchase.

I think I like the looks of the F21 better than the other. So cute. I always want to shop at F21 but get sooo overwhelmed by the amount of stuff they have in the store to look through.
^I agree, I prefer to shop online for F21 stuff because it's a lot less overwhelming. Also, the return policy is better online, you can actually get a refund instead of just store credit!
