J's Friday Faves

Happy Friday everyone! This week went super fast for me, and hopefully it did for you too! My brother and sister are coming this weekend, so I'm looking forward to seeing them and just enjoying the weekend. I hope you guys have a great one as well!

Loving:

Love this textured cardigan from Banana Republic. I think this may need to find a place in my closet...

I keep hoping for chilly days (looks like I'll get my wish today and all weekend) so I have an excuse for grabbing a hot pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks.

Buying:

Sadly most of my purchases over the past two weeks (see previous Friday Faves HERE and HERE) haven't worked out, and the only thing I purchased this week was a Chan Luu bracelet with credits from Gilt (although I can't seem to find a photo of it anywhere online...).

What did you guys purchase this week? I'm still on the hunt for some clothing that I can move around in yet still look dressed up and professional for an upcoming wedding I'm photographing. I'll be honest, I'm not having much luck!!

Lusting After:

I know, I know...more olive green. I can't help myself guys! I think I need a twelve step program.

Oh and I remember one time jasmine starr wrote a blog post on advice as to what to wear when she photographs weddings. Did you read it?

Thanks Amber!

I vaguely remember seeing a post she wrote but I just searched her site and can't find it. :(

I have an idea of what I want to wear, I just can't find anything. Plus until the day arrives I won't know if the weather is going to be ok for a dress (if I can find one I can move around in) or if pants would be better. My main problem is all the blouses/tops I like are silk and I DO NOT want to wear silk (I'll be sweating like a mother, and it will be disgusting).

I bought two pairs of boots. One black, one grey. That is how I justified it to myself, different colors....right.... and its still 90 degrees where I live.
