Although it's still not super cheap (and has a few differences), this Karen Millen pocket skirt from Asos will give you a similar look for less. It retails for $152.18 and you can click on the photo below if you're interested in purchasing.
Gap also has a similar version, but it's a bit more casual as it's not silk like the Kate Spade version (but perhaps more wearable?). It retails for $49.50 and you can click on the photo below to purchase.
