J's Friday Faves
Happy Friday everyone - I am so ready for the weekend! I plan on spending my Memorial Day weekend at home, hanging out with the husband and the pupper. I think we're heading to our new favorite little restaurant for brunch on Sunday, and I'm taking photos of a friend's new baby, but other than that I hope for a lot of relaxing and maybe some reading on the deck if it's nice. What are you all up to this Memorial Day weekend?

Loving:
Gingham
Am I crazy? For some reason I keep seeing celebs like Rachel Bilson and Reese Witherspoon looking fab in gingham and it's making me want to get a shirt of my own. I'm just slightly worried I'll look like a tablecloth at a picnic. Thoughts?
Buying:
I really didn't NEED anything this week, but when Madewell opened up it's online store, I just couldn't resist.
Pointillist Dress - $148I love the print (it kind of reminds me of the print on this Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent dress that I've been lusting after and is about $110 more than the Madewell version) and I think this dress will get a lot of wear this summer. Plus, it will look great in the fall with tights and a sweater or a blazer over it. Fingers crossed that it fits!
It's probably something you may have realized from my What I'm Wearing posts but if not, FYI: I love cardigans. A ruffled sleeveless version? Yes please! 
Lusting After:
Kate Spade Striped Chelsey Sweater Dress - $325
I know, I know, I'm obsessed with dresses. I can't help it! I saw this one in the most recent Lucky magazine and I think I'm in love.

ohhh def review the madewell dress when it arrives... I have to say I was def more tempted to buy from their online store than their B&M... which is odd
also, totally loving gingham and the ruffled cardi vest is super cute too!

OMG, Jen! I tweeted about that vest. I'm so jealous you got it, it's perfect! I wish I had some shopping money... everything is going to our new townhouse, hehe. Oh well, you better take an outfit pic with it! :)
