Although not available in the same bright pink, these BDG espadrille flats are a great option for less. They retail for $20 and you can click on the photo below if you'd like to purchase (also available in grey).
A couple people (MJ in the comments below, and Cara via email) have mentioned these Old Navy flats as another option. They retail for $19.50 and you can click on the photo below to purchase (also available in a cream color as well as brown).

Old Navy also had a similar shoe for $19.50. They are only available online (http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=55148&vid=1&pid=766760&scid=766760012) but come in black, brown and "powdered milk." Just another option!
