Reader Janelle recently wrote in wondering if I could help her recreate this Kim K look for a night out.
I wasn't able to find a lot of options for a long sleeve romper, but I did find this version from NY & Company and it's currently on sale for $44.50. It does vary from Kim's with some extra pockets (so it's not as sleek looking) but I think it's a reasonable option for less.

her shoes are Christian Louboutin Miss Fortunes, that are sold out now... but I did a feature on lace up shoes. The Aldo Stolinski ($45) and the Gracie Heel ($35) at Alloy are both good matches for her Louboutins and both are under $50.
