Celebrity Look 4 Less (Reader Request): Allison Mack as Chloe on Smallville

A reader recently wrote me an email asking if I could feature actress Allison Mack's character Chloe on the CW's Smallville, so here is one of the looks 4 less I came up with! (Photo credit)
