I found a similar lined (faux) leather jacket that retails for $22.80 (on sale) at Charlotte Russe, as well as a zipper tank that reminded me of the one she's wearing (you can see part of it in the second photo) at Urban Outfitters for $32. Don't forget the other elements of her outfit, skinny jeans, boots, scarf/gloves, and necklaces to complete the look 4 less (I also provided some alternatives).
