Forever 21 has a very similar striped red and white tunic, which retails for $11.80. If you're looking for a similar pair of slouchy boots, I found a pair at Charlotte Russe which retail for a reasonable $39.99. Urban Outfitters also sells a red & white striped tunic top similar to Demi's, if not the same one.
