I absolutely love this dress. LOVE. In fact, I'm trying to decide on an excuse to run out and get it. :) (the forever 21 one.) At that price, if I only wore it once, it wouldn't matter.
I love it too! And you are right, at that price, who cares if you only wear it once (although hopefully you'd wear it more because it's so cute!).
