Although this dress by Aqua isn't strapless, the draping on the bottom as well as the color reminded me a lot of the BCBG version. It retails for $78 but is now on sale for $62.40 (it does not come with the black draped vest as seen in the first photo), just click on the first picture below if you want to purchase.
