These Alaia booties seem to be sold out online but originally retailed for around $1900.

Yeah, being from Chicago and shopping at Akira now for many years, I can say the same, They do it ALL THE TIME! They offer more at the actual store, so if anyone's ever at Chicago, you should visit the downtown location.
