Theory's Maritza B cardigan is on my "wish list", meaning I probably won't purchase it unless I find it somewhere on super sale at the end of the season. This gorgeous fall staple (at least it's a staple in my opinion!) retails for $275 at Shopbop.

Free People has a cardigan that reminded me of the Theory version (although this one is more of a sweatshirt material and actually zips up) so I thought I'd post it as an inspired by option. Click on the photo below to purchase it for $98 (also comes in black).
