That's a really cool dress
i can't believe i am going to say it but i like the LOFT dress much better.
Christina - that's so funny, they look so much alike to me, I don't think I could tell the difference if I saw two women wearing them on the street.
The Eliza J ruffle wrap dress at Nordstroms is the same cut but in satin, so it's dressier. It costs $158. I have it in blue, and it also comes in red.
I think that all of these dresses were inspired by the Milly ruffle wrap dress that came out a year or two ago. It was $455 at Bergdorf Goodman, but sold out when it went on sale for $159.

cstrandlater - Actually I featured the Milly/Eliza J dresses quite awhile ago: http://www.thelook4less.net/2008/06/milly-ruffle-wrap-dress.html
I think that the Ann Taylor Loft version is a better lookalike of the DVF dress, mainly because of the fabric/style of the wrap, etc. The Milly/Eliza J dresses both have a large bow on the front.
Thanks for your post.
